"The school consists of groups with pre-school children and schoolchildren up to the age of 12. We offer childcare before and after school for children up to the age of 12. In the building there is a public library with all the modern communication techniques. 

Confidence - Respect - Responsibility, should characterize our work. 

All our work should be characterized by a comprehensive view, flexibility, quality and efficiency. We should carry out changes by being opened towards the society and by comparing ourselves to the ones that are leading within the pedagogic field. We should systematically work with: goals - accomplishments - reflection - evaluations/follow-ups. 

The leadership should be characterized by visions, which create conditions, formulate strategies, support quality, and make sure that everyone has a common idea of what needs to be done. Staff, children/pupils, and parents have a common responsibility for the schools' development."
